I'm Václav Janoušek. For over 12 years I've worked on business growth, from e-commerce and lead gen to mobile games. Previously agency, in-house and freelance.

I started with PPC campaigns. I soon realised the campaign is just the last link: what decides the outcome is product economics, data quality, and whether the business knows when its money comes back.
